Hi all,

Along with our dodgy active topics filter a couple of people have told me they are not receiving notification emails for topics/forums they are watching.

Can you let me know both if  you are getting them as normal, and if you are not?

This might be a difficult one to get to the bottom of but it appears removing your email in your profile and re-entering might be a quick fix to get the function working again. I really don't understand this problem as I've been receiving notification emails without a hitch since we moved the site.

Hi Danial, I was referring to forum notification emails, the ones you get when you click 'watch this topic for replies' when someone posts. (if your not sure what these are take a look at the forum guide link at the top of the page)

If you were referring to not getting the newsletter, they will be weekly, first will be due in next couple of days but not many people have signed up yet.
